A great JP neighborhood breakfast spot

Really tasty food, service is quick. We were there for lunch on Sunday and had a short wait. UPDATE -- they are closed. Sounds like the owners simply wore out. What a loss.

A few years ago I would have rated this at least a four. The owners are really nice and the restaurant a cute place but as their prices have been slowly rising I think the quality has been falling. I've pretty much stopped going even though it's the closest brunch place to me. Hopefully they bring their game back up and I'll gladly return.

I'm all about diner food, but this place is pretty rough. Ordered breakfast and my eggs hadn't been salted, potatoes were undercooked, and the bacon was super greasy and flaccid. Service was pretty much nonexistent; never got the drink I ordered. There are plenty of other, better, cheap options in the neighborhood.

We will miss your awesome establishment...

I'm really going to miss this place. I'm going every weekend until the end of the month. They are closing down soon

My husband loved going there every morning while visiting me. I went two times and the Pumpkin pancakes were fantastic!@*!

I would definitely return to this place as somewhere to go after a night of partying. A great hole in the wall with solid, greasy breakfast food (my favorite!) with a 1980s decor. If I were nearby and I wanted to grab some food like this, I would return.

Came to the shop usually really good but no one is in the restaurant and they are not answering the phones either

I thought this place was fine at first, but when the owner comes up to us with an atitude about how we haven't left a tip. We simply didn't have it and would have gladly left a bigger one the next time since we had a great time on our frist visit. A tip or gratituidy is not MANDITORY. When you don't have money to give anything extra just know you aren't in the wrong.

A good breakfast spot just around the way, very friendly staff and the place is well kept. Food is good pricing is a bit high. wife and went for breakfest, stuffed omelette, home fries, toast and coffee for each of us $30 + tip.

The menu was overwhelmingly long, the table was absolutely too small to have as many condiments that we're on it

Used to come here when I was a little girl with my dad, when they just had about 6 tables and were on one side of the building! Brought my daughter here today and the food is just as good as I remember. Service was quick, friendly, and everything was delicious. Get there early! They get busy after 10am on Saturdays.

Love this place. I MET CONAN O'BRIEN AND HIS PARENTS HERE! The food is fresh and delicious. You definitely get your bang for your buck and they cook whatever you like.

Good place for brunch. Really polite people. Cash only part sucks but the food is really good. I would really recommend their breakfast burrito and breakfast nachos.

If only I could put zero stars no place would deserve it more. Today I decided to go with some friends since I had such a great time on New Years here. Unfortunately we had no money for a tip and yeah we felt bad, but we all dedcited we would come back and double the tip to make up for this time. As we head out, the owner stops us on the way out by the direction of our waitress to confront us for a tip. We were confused and upset that he was so brazen to demand one. We left and will never return. The point here is we paid for our meal and would have gone back and just as was done the frist time we would have left a tip. Our business would have brought in our friends and gotten in turn more than this one missed tip. This experience has made damn sure NO ONE. I know will step foot in.

One of the best breakfast places in Boston. Omelettes are big and hearty, full of flavor. And the peanut butter pancakes are our favorites.... absolutely amazing.

I've been going to Sorella's since I was a child. Growing up I introduced it to all my friends. They were always blown away by the menu options. My now husband had a goal to try every single option on the menu. Sadly with the news of it closing this goal will not be accomplished. Best brunch spot in JP and forever in my heart.

Nice brunch spot in JP. Wide menu selection, easy to sub for veg options, reasonable prices, nice staff. Limitations include no easy parking and they accept cash only for payment. It gets crowded, esp on weekends, so service can be slow at times.

Not bad. Steak egg and cheese was good. Bacon was awful: unacceptable. Homefries undercooked and bland. French toast is ok. The atmosphere in here is weird and empty. Service not bad. The menu is riddled with misspellings and unnecessary apostrophes. That definitely cost them a star.

Large selection on the menu of classic diner type breakfast/brunch items but all with something extra and special. I had pancakes with walnuts, bananas, and raspberries and they were the perfect texture - fluffy but not cakey with an outside crunch! Service was quick, relaxed feel. Is cash only and need to have whole party present to be seated.

Yummy! Pages of interesting, diverse & delicious choices for breakfast/ brunch offerings! I had the Middle Eastern omelet ( ground beef, onions & feta) my companion had veggie omelet & we shared the polenta w/ tomato sauce which came w/ steamed fresh veggies ( such as spinach, broccoli onion etc) Sooo good. Brought home the left overs. Service was great! Definitely try it, you will be back for more!

Sorella's Mozzarella is the best breakfast meal I've had in a long time! Never would have thought to put tomato sauce on french toast. Great service service as well.

They are in a great area easily accessible by car or bus. Mix crowd of people and nice mixture of different foods. My favorite item for birthday breakfast my sister-in-law treated me to was the gingerbread n hazelnut pancake n her oatmeal carrot and walnut pancakes. This place should been named pancake house, because they pancake house out of business. Great service and they surprised me with a slice of banana cake with whip cream and a candle and serenaded me with happy birthday. A great time had by hall. Definitely would recommend to everyone, even food for vegans and health nuts.

Great food, great service. The cooks are extremely talented, with such a large selection it must be difficult to remember it all. But they do and the food comes out super fast. The wait staff and bussers are super friendly. I always enjoy the food and service

Who needs 50 plus types of eggs.... Me.! Be forewarned to bring cash

I went here and ordered a fresh fruit plate. It was anything but fresh (think soggy and rotting strawberries). The waiter took my dish back but returned with the same plate, minus some of the bad fruit. I wanted to like this place, but after the quality of the food and service I recieved...wont be going back any time soon.
